The Association’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 18 April 2017 at 7.15pm for 7.30pm start in the Dewey Common Room, Bastow Institute, 603-615 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne
We encourage all members and supporters to attend and to consider nominating for the Committee. A nomination form is included in this email as is a membership renewal form. If you are a financial member of the Association you are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and you can pay your membership renewal or join the Association on the night. If you are a financial member but you can not attend the meeting you may nominate a proxy, the form for which is on the second page of the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
And finally, the agenda for the meeting and the unconfirmed minutes of the last Annual General Meeting are included.
